Warm Your Hearts | Soup and Taize Prayer

Wednesdays During Advent

We gather in the Parish Hall at 6:00 PM to share a meal, then move to the church at 7:00 PM for prayer in the Taizé style—a contemplative form of prayer that originated with the Taizé Community in France. Short, sung refrains are interwoven with thought-provoking readings and statements that encourage reflection and meditation. Come warm your heart and take a break from the busyness of the season.

Christmas Sing Along

Saturday, December 13 | 3 - 5 PM

Come enjoy festive music, fun Christmas trivia, and delicious food as we celebrate the season together. Bring your friends, family, and holiday cheer — we can’t wait to see you there!

Peace in Our Hearts on the Longest Night

December 21st at 5:00 PM

Join for a contemplative service of hope and healing on the longest night of the calendar year. Through sung refrains in a Taize style, words from Scripture, prayer, and a service of light we will acknowledge "The light that shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it" (John 1:5). We invite anyone experiencing a loss or grief, anyone feeling any kind of hurt, and anyone longing for courage and comfort. This service is especially suited for anyone who needs a break from the commercial happiness of the season. All are welcome - invite friends and neighbors.
