Becoming a Member
We welcome everyone to be a part of Holy Comforter. As God has graciously accepted us in Jesus, we strive to do the same for others.
Requirements
Your Desire
The first requirement to be a member is a desire to be a member. Do you want to join this community of Christians to be supported in your journey to God?
Baptism
The second requirement is baptism. If you have been baptized in another church, wonderful! We recognize God’s work in your baptism. If you are not baptized and you want to be baptized or have questions about baptism, wonderful! We know how to baptize people, and we can probably answer your questions. Our priest John would be glad to talk with you more about baptism.
Expectations for Members

Regularly attend worship and events of Holy Comforter as your health allows.

Share your money, time, and skills to support the people and mission of Holy Comforter.

Through prayer and actions, encourage others to grow in their faith in God.

Grow in your discipleship to Jesus and live out the beliefs and commitments of The Baptismal Covenant.
